Title: Sales Executive – Resident Market & Partners
Reporting to: Sales Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE

Responsible for revenue generation from the Resident market and partner sales

The Job:
1. Resident Market
a. Achieve revenue targets assigned to the segment
b. Account management of channels in the Resident Market

    • Clubs – eg: Dubai Ladies club, Golf Clubs, Yacht clubs etc
    • Associations – Business Councils, Trade Associations etc
    • Special Interest Groups- Adventure Tours, Hiking, Sailing etc
    • Education – School, Colleges, Universities
    • Partners that cater to the niche expat segment in UAE – Uber, Barasti etc
    • Partners that engage with the local community in UAE – Hotels catering to Emarati weddings, Jewelry Companies.
    • Luxury experience providers in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and other Emirates

c. Database Management

    • Acquire database from various sources
    • Log enquiries and account manage for conversion and build for future business potential and referrals

d. Online presence and marketing

    • Create EDM programme
    • Social media
    • Competitions on social media that drive traffic to web site
    • Awareness programmes focused on resident markets i.e.
      • radio,
      • events,
      • closed groups
    • Sponsoring educational events

2. Partner Sales
a. Achieve revenue targets assigned to the segment
b. Account management of Seawings Lifestyle partners to achieve revenue targets and increase Seawings visibility

  • Joint packages
  • Special and Reciprocal offers
  • Cross promotion on website

c. Increase the number of mutually beneficial partnerships for the company

Candidate profile

  • Experience:
    • Proven success in achieving sales targets
    • Experience in Resident Travel / Tourism/Hospitality
    • Experience in Account Management – especially creating new business accounts
    • Worked in the UAE or other Gulf countries
    • Client Relationship Development and Management
    • Revenue generation track record
  • Personality:
    • Flexibility to adjust rapidly and address new opportunities
    • Rapidly build strong professional relationships
    • Self-starter/ Self-motivated and should be able to work under minimal supervision
    • Able to plan and report on a daily basis
    • Tenacious and Focused i.e. Target driven/Goal oriented
    • In good all round health

Title: Corporate Sales Executive
Reporting to: Sales Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE

Responsible for revenue generation through Corporate and Charter sales

The Job:
1. Charters
a. Achieve revenue targets assigned to the segment
b. Account management of all segments/ channels

    • Portals
    • Broker relationships in Europe, Asia, GCC and UAE
    • Handling agent/FBO
    • Aircraft operators
    • Outbound travel agents in Qatar, Muscat and Bahrain
    • High end international agents selling Oman and or Dubai
    • MICE selling small groups
    • Luxury hotels in Oman, Qatar, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and RAK
    • Luxury experiences or specialist Tour operators in Oman and UAE

c. Enquiry management and on ground assistance for charters

    • Maintain enquiry log
    • Manage clients who are enquiring
    • Enquiries categorised and follow up actions developed
    • Responding to all enquiries
    • Manage the enquiry process till conversion – negotiation, issuing contract, Flight Fixture and Passenger handling brief with Guest Services team
    • Presence at departure to build relationships and ensure perfect handling

d. Online presence and marketing

    • Website content and management
    • EDM
    • Linked In
    • Facebook
    • Press in industry papers/on and off line

2. Corporates
a. Achieve revenue targets assigned to the segment
b. Account management of all segments/ channels

    • Oil and Gas, Retail, FMCG, Automobile, Real Estate, Embassies, MNC’s
    • Corporate Travel Agents and Travel Management Companies
    • Categorize clients who have enquired and rank potential

c. Online presence and marketing

    • Create EDM programme
    • Off line and on line articles targeting corporate
    • Develop a Corporate brand
